Soil / Climate: Grows in woods and thickets on many different soil types. Sun or shade.
Notes: Grows well on trellises and other supports. Will cling to brick and stone. Leaves are green and turn vivid scarlet in the fall. Fruit grows in the form of small, blue berries, lightly covered with white powder.
Wildlife: The fruit is eaten by turkey, bobwhite, a variety of woodpeckers, and many others.
