Shipping:
Spring orders are usually shipped in April unless you specify otherwise. Fall deciduous shipments are usually in November, after leaf fall. Most conifers are best shipped in September or April, when the soil is at the proper moisture and temperature (55ºF+) for new root development. Southern orders have first priority, as our frozen ground will allow.We recommend late fall shipping for southern tier states: Georgia-Arizona. Orders to be shipped out mid-winter should be placed before December and paid for at the time of ordering, so we can store them in our locker. Pick up orders must be paid in advance. Guarantee is void if not picked up on a scheduled date.

Guarantee:
Deciduous are guaranteed to leaf out. Conifers are guaranteed only if shipped in April. Conifers over 2 feet are not guaranteed. Our nursery is State inspected. All stock is guaranteed fresh and healthy at shipment. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE BEFORE JUNE OR WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
Payment:
Payment by personal or business check is due no less than 2 weeks prior to shipment, otherwise order shipment will be delayed. Payment is due March 1st on reserved orders. If paying by credit card, please keep us aware of updated expiration dates, as the cards are not processed until 1-2 weeks prior to actual shipment. Website pricing includes a packing and handling fee that may be waived if payment is received by personal check or money order no less than 2 weeks prior to the shipment. Account holders must pay via personal check, money order, or cash. Unless requested otherwise, refund checks are mailed out at the end of the season.
Miscellaneous:
Sometimes it's cheaper to order a few more trees than you need. Keep some for replacements and pass out the rest to neighbors. How their property looks affects how your property looks. To borrow from an old saying, "Good trees build good neighbors!"
All stock should be considered conservation grade.
Early fall orders of mixed evergreen and deciduous are generally scheduled and billed as two separate orders since they should be shipped at different times.
Custom bundling charge is $ .50 per bundle if you require stock to be bundled in numbers other than normal.
California and Canadian orders will be scheduled for a single day shipment in April due to USDA inspections (fees apply).
